I have been writing on Wattpad for three years, and my account was recently wrongfully deleted due to false and malicious reports from users who have been harassing me for over a year. My story had over 3 million reads, and I had 9,000 followers.

I submitted multiple appeals to Wattpad support over the course of a month, but all I received were automated responses.

I even reported the harassment and abuse, but no human review was ever conducted.

I spoke with an ambassador on the official ambassadors account, but they said they could not forward my case to a human staff member. I also contacted someone from the publishing team, but they refused to help and ignored me entirely.

I have screenshots of the harassment and threats and literal translations of the abusive messages, but despite this, my account was deleted and I have not received any meaningful assistance.

I am not asking for anything illegal or for special treatmentI simply want a fair human review of my case so I can recover my account and continue my work.

This has been extremely frustrating and disheartening, and I am asking for help or advice from anyone who might know how to get a real response from Wattpad.

Dear Wattpad Support Team, I am unable to access the Wattpad app on my device. When I try to open the app, I receive the following error message:

The operation couldn’t be completed. (WPNetworkErrorDomain error 131)

From my research, I understand this error usually means there is a problem with the app's connection to Wattpad servers.

I have already tried these steps with no success:

* Restarted my phone

* Checked internet connection (WiFi and mobile data)

* Updated the app to the latest version

* Reinstalled the app

* Tried logging in from another device/browser (if you did)

I created this account during my teenage years, and writing on Wattpad meant a lot to me. It was a place where I could express my imagination and emotions through stories. Those works are very meaningful to me because they represent an important part of my life and my growth as a writer.

Unfortunately, I lost access to the account and I can no longer remember the login details. It has been about seven years, so some information may be difficult for me to recall. However, I truly am the original owner of this account.
